This Easter I decided to try something completely different and make easter eggs for my family instead of buying them. If this is new to you like it was to me, I would absolutely recommend doing a practice run a few weeks before Easter. I tried a few different techniques before deciding to keep things simple.

I’m not sure why this book took me over two months to read. I can safely say that’s more down to my flaky reading habits rather than the book itself. If you are like me, then perhaps the only Steinbeck book you have read so far is Of Mice And Men whilst studying for your GCSE’s (if you haven’t read this, then that’s another book to stick on your reading list).
I have now lived in our fab Capital for six months and I’m loving London just as much as when I first moved here. Although I am often out doing something or eating somewhere, I haven’t made the slightest dent in what London has to offer. I don’t think feeling bored is possible as there is always plenty to do, regardless of your budget or location.
I have decided I would like to be more crafty. ‘DIY’ crafty – not deceitfully crafty. I studied textiles at school and created all of the usual projects such as a cushion cover, a bag with The longest over-the-shoulder strap which surprisingly I wore a great deal and my GCSE masterpiece – a purple and green table runner with Shisha Glass galore.
